Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

By engaging Tharangini Website Design Services (“Tharangini”, “we”, “us”) for website design, development or related services, you (“the client”, “you”) agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with the project.

These terms apply to all projects quoted and accepted by us, including the Starter (₹5,000), Business (₹10,000) and Premium (₹20,000) packages and any custom work agreed separately in writing.

2. Services and scope

We provide professional website design and development services, which may include website structure, UI/UX design, responsive front-end development, basic SEO structure, WhatsApp and Google Maps integration, and launch support.

• The exact pages, features and integrations included are those listed in the package you purchase or in the written quote approved by you.
• Work outside the agreed scope — additional pages, custom functionality, e-commerce systems or third-party integrations — is quoted separately before it begins.
• We reserve the right to decline or stop work on projects that are unlawful, misleading, abusive or that infringe the rights of others.

3. Packages, pricing and payment

All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of design, development, domain registration and hosting setup for the package selected, unless stated otherwise in your quote.

• Starter — ₹5,000: up to 5 pages with mobile responsive design, professional UI, free domain, free hosting, WhatsApp CTA and basic SEO structure.
• Business — ₹10,000: up to 10 pages including gallery, testimonials, FAQ, WhatsApp integration, Google Maps, basic SEO structure and professional UI/UX.
• Premium — ₹20,000: up to 15 pages including legal pages, additional business pages, premium UI/UX and all Business features.

Payment terms, milestones and any advance amount will be confirmed with you in writing before the project starts. Work begins once the agreed advance payment is received. Final files, domain access and launch are released once all agreed dues are cleared.

4. Domain, hosting and renewals

Where a package includes a free domain and free hosting, these are provided for the period stated in your quote. After the initial period, renewal charges (if any) will be communicated in advance and are payable by the client if they wish to continue service.

• Domain registration is subject to availability and the rules of the relevant registrar.
• The client may request transfer of the domain or website files after all dues are cleared.
• We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party domain registrars, hosting providers, or reasons outside our reasonable control.

5. Client responsibilities

To deliver on time, we rely on you to provide accurate and timely materials, including text, images, logos, contact details, business information and any brand guidelines.

• You confirm that all content you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use it.
• You confirm that you hold the rights to your business name, logo and brand assets, or permission to use them.
• Delays in providing content may delay the project timeline accordingly.

6. Design approvals and revisions

We share the proposed structure and design for your review before development. Reasonable revisions are included so the final website reflects your business correctly.

• Revisions beyond the agreed scope (for example, a completely new design direction after approval) may be chargeable.
• Once the design and content are approved, further structural changes may affect the timeline and cost.

7. Timelines and launch

Estimated timelines are given in good faith and depend on package size, content availability and prompt approvals. While most websites go live within a few working days of design approval, we do not guarantee a fixed date unless agreed in writing.

8. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive the rights to use the final website design and content created specifically for your project, excluding any third-party assets such as stock images, fonts or plugins, which remain subject to their own licences.

• We may showcase the completed website in our portfolio, gallery and marketing materials unless you ask us not to in writing.
• You may not resell, redistribute or license our design templates or reusable components as your own product.

9. Support, maintenance and changes

Support included with your package covers launch assistance and the level of after-launch support stated in your quote (Launch Support, Priority Support or Dedicated Support).

• Ongoing content updates, new pages, feature additions and maintenance beyond the agreed scope are chargeable separately.
• We are not responsible for changes made to the website by you or third parties that cause errors or downtime.

10. Limitation of liability

We work hard to deliver professional, secure and reliable websites. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tharangini is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of search rankings arising from the website or its use.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount actually paid by you for that project.

11. Termination

Either party may end a project that has not been completed. If you terminate after work has begun, the advance and any work completed to that date become payable. We may suspend or terminate a project for non-payment, abusive communication or unlawful requirements.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Telangana shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.
